PURCHASING PROCESS

  • Place an Order: Select your preferred shoes and styles.
  • Make a Payment: Use Stripe for credit/debit card transactions or PayPal for transfers.
  • Confirm Information: Ensure details like items, email, WhatsApp, and address are correct.
  • Quality Check: Items are inspected for both quality and correct sizing.
  • Shipping: Delivery occurs within 3-7 working days; tracking information is included.

QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS

  • Quality inspection photos available within 1-3 working days upon request.
  • Option to request a replacement if sneakers do not meet your expectations.
  • Shipping proceeds after your approval of the quality check.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

  • Shipping rates: Tracking details provided via Email or WhatsApp, DHL/FedEx shipping cost: Free for 3-7 working days delivery.
  • Carrier Selection: Selection from DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS based on location.
  • Your tracking numbers updated within 1-2 working days.

RETURNS

  • Products purchased at full price or with a discount of up to 25% are eligible for returns. Products purchased with a discount greater than 25% during promotional periods are not eligible for returns.
  • Items must be unused, with original packaging, and show no signs of wear.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt. Returned products must arrive at our designated location within 14 days following the return approval.

Note: Returns will not be accepted if there is any damage to the product or its packaging.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will only be processed for items that are returned in their original condition. If a non-faulty product is returned, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange and may return the product to you.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days after the receipt of the returned products.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

  • Valid for incorrect size/color, discrepancies, or visible defects.
  • Initiate within 7 days of receipt; items must be received within 14 days from approval.
  • Contact Customer Service at info@hypeeunique.com.to begin the exchange.

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Cancellation and Order Modification: Fees of 4-8% may apply for cancellations or modifications.
  • Faulty Products: Contact Customer Service immediately for assistance.
  • Goods Inspection: Check packaging and product specifications upon delivery.
  • Customer Support: Contact for any logistics-related queries or concerns.
